Dr. Harris Freed is President and Medical Director of National Radiology Telecommunications Consultants, Inc. (NRTC), providing Teleradiology Imaging and Consultative Services nationwide. Since 1978, Dr. Freed has been recognized for providing consistently high-quality radiologic interpretations and patient care.
Dr. Freed began his career in the Section of Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, later becoming Assistant Director of Radiology and Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at Hillcrest Hospital, a member of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Hospital System. He then held the position of Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at MetroHealth Medical Center before establishing his current practice.
Dr. Freed has written numerous articles, co-authored a book chapter and has given many CME lectures in musculoskeletal and chest radiology. He has presented at local, state and national meetings including the American Roentgen Ray Society and the American College of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Freed also brings vast consultative experience in the development and management of imaging centers.
